WorkTech is a strong proponent of continuous learning and process efficiency enhancement. We provide ongoing product training to our Clients for all major system enhancements resulting in added functionality to the original software. Training documentation and support tools are readily available to all Clients for internal training. Clients are alerted periodically of up-training courses or seminars that users may wish to attend to further extend product knowledge and utilization.
WorkTech offers an annual software maintenance plan including all support tools stated above and all product updates. We welcome product improvement suggestions from our users. Any product modification suggested deemed to be beneficial to the company’s client base would be applied to the current product and available in the updated version to all customers as an optional configurable preference setting. Such an arrangement permits a larger number of clients using a similar product to communicate valuable information and share working solutions.
